If someone shows you who they are, believe them. No matter who they are to you. It is your choice to put up with them, it is not their choice. You can not realistically cry victim or wolf down the line when their personality really starts to come out, but it wasn’t what YOU wanted. Allow people to be exactly who they are, and play your part with them accordingly. We tend to hurt our own feelings due to someone not meeting our expectations but the thing is, don’t have expectations.
