Yesterday was my personal new year and I celebrated it the way I wanted to. I was surrounded by family and love. Initially, I was going to spend the day at home, just reflecting. I hate making plans at the last moment and asking others to join in, because I hate imposing, but I stepped out on a limb and did it anyway. And I am glad that I did. Don’t deny yourself love and attention at the right time, embrace it as much as possible. You don’t know how much you need it until you accept it❤️
